Hello! I am an almost 35 year old single mother to the most amazing little girl I have met! My "mission" here, with much hesitation...after being told all through college what a terrible writer I was, is to share the daily happenings of a single mom, teacher, student, friend, daughter, sister and most importantly....individual. I think sometimes once a woman is faced with the life of the ever doomed "single-motherhood" they lose touch with who they are....I know I DID! My daughter is soon to turn three years old and I am beginning to realize I am still here...I am still me. I just have a little one right beside me through thick and thin. Just as the quote says....all of it may be twice the work, tears, etc. but it so worth twice the hugs, kisses and love. So, with that being said....I would like to share share with you our family trials and tribulations....to let other "single moms" out there know...you are not alone!
